St Patty's day

I know this post is a little late but that is how the next handful of post will be. Better late than never. This was our little St. Patrick's day . We woke and and got right into our green. Than we ate green eggs and had friends come over to go on a treasure hunt. The kids loved it.

They each had shamrock wands

This was our center piece for the last couple days I thought that it was well suited.

Fun! I should have at least put my kids in green- I forgot about the Holiday until it was almost over.

I COMPLETELY forgot about St. Patty's day until I saw a group of kids walking home from school, and wondered why they were all wearing green. Oh yeah. Poor Eliza got pinched 15 times because mean mom forgot to tell her what day it was and remind her to wear green. rotten mom. I ALWAYS remember this holiday, being the day after my b-day and all. Growing up I felt like it was 'my' holiday. rotten rotten mom.

I love Ashley's shirt. Too cute. I too didn't wear green. Luckily I only got pinched once.

PS-Sorry I didn't call you after ToysRus. We were in there for an hour and still came out without a toy...and getting poured on made me in a bad mood.

I hope Matt had a fabulous birthday!!

Julie, I love the pigtails! Your kiddos are so freakin' cute!! We celebrated St. Patty's with our traditional green cream-of-wheat for breakfast and corned beef and cabbage dinner. Why do all our traditions revolve around food?
