We are in the country

My little farmer

I just liked this old man

The small one just didn't do the job
Matt had the weekend off so we thought we would make the most of it. Really this month hasn't been that bad. I see Matt more. We camped at David Crockett State Park and then went to Decatur Alabama to the Jubilee days. This is what us the country folk like to do. If this ain't fun I don't know what is. More picture to come of later that night.

our new pet

Matt and Jake caught this in our back yard. I came home and the snake was in a bucket in the garage with a piece of glass on it topped with a paint can. I don't like snakes due to picking up a rattle snake in grade school. I didn't want anything to do with this snake. Matt really wanted to keep it as our pet. He went around searching for things to feed it. We found out it doesn't eat spiders. I made him let it go. Don't worry it wasn't poisonous, it was a Black Razor. Jake gave it the name Darky or something like it.

A update everyday this week

I am going to post stuff everyday to make up for last month. even if I am the only one who checks this. Well me and some girl friends drove to Memphis to a pottery barn outlet and shopped our little hearts out. While still on a budget. We had a great time and got some great deals. Thanks Matt for watching the kids

umm.... sorry

I know that you think I died, but I just have been limiting my blog time ;) This last month has flown by. My parents came out to visit for a week. We went to the Hermitage and some other sites. The Hermitage is the home of Andrew Jackson the 8th president of the United State. My parents love it. Mostly I put them both to work on a honey do list because my honey is at the hospital more time than not. My mom stayed another week just to help more. I even had her on Mothers day. Thanks Mom and Dad. We miss you.
